408 Course Contents:

The study of Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems and their role in the design process. Designer oriented instruction using parametric solid modeling with AUTODESK Inventor and use of rapid prototyping will also be included. The use of lighting, textures and camera effects to produce photo realistic images. The use of 3D Studio MAX to produce still renderings as well as animations. To learn the concepts between purely aesthetic 3d modeling visual graphics and the use of 3D modeling for design and construction.
